Are Paris Hilton and Todd Phillips dating? Paris Hilton and Todd Phillips were seen together, PEOPLE reports. Todd Phillips seems like a really genuine guy, I think. So anyway, apparently they began their date at the Chateau Marmont and then they met up with Nicki Hilton at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Yes, apparently there was some Paris Hilton and Todd Phillips kissing going on!
