Top Ten Hip Hop Artists of 2011

Happy New Year everyone! So here they are, the Top Ten Hip Hop Artists of 2011! Needless to say, there are other artists that are also exclusively fabulous and deserving of being placed on this list! However, we only had room for 10. These greatly admired and highly respected rappers had a very interesting 2010 and already seem like they will have a very promising and successful 2011! Now let's get the rating started! You decide who is really good and who is way beyond excellent. The nominees are: Lil Kim, Ludacris, Drake, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Sean Kingston, Nicki Minaj, Flo Rida, Keri Hilson, and B.o.B! Nicki Minaj is proud of Rihanna and Drake!

According to a source, Nicki Minaj stated that she had been wanting to work with Rihanna for a long time. These two powerful women have worked with some of the best artists ever and it is absolutely delightful to see them combine their talents into this project. Nicki also admitted that she is very attached to her song with Drake, Moment for Life. As a matter of fact, she was actually looking forward to their collaboration and apparently it lived up to every one of her expectations. 

Pink Friday is expected to be released on November 22nd and you can actually pre-order it now! The Album includes songs such as: Fly, Right Thru Me (my favorite), Moment for Life,  and Your Love. There is also a Deluxe Edition which includes additonal tracks, so you might want to look into that as well! Nicki is a native of Jamaica who beat up the challenges of this field; taking into consideration that hip hop is mostly dominated by males. She has also worked with great artists such as Mariah Carey and Ludacris.
