No, again, Apple can't stop them from selling the iPad. But it does mean that the iPads TJ Maxx is getting aren't being acquired directly from Apple. It means that they are buying them from a 3rd party. All Apple COULD do is terminate the 3rd party's Apple account (meaning that the 3rd party can no longer purchase directly from Apple) if they want to (if it was a large enough sale to TJ Maxx...80 iPads probably won't matter to Apple). An "Apple approved" retailer is one that has been authorized by Apple to buy Apple products directly from Apple, and thereby get all of the advertising perks, merchandising, etc from Apple.

Unfortunately the heat sink/fan has become detached.
Can I use the MX-2 paste I used on the CPU's?
I used MX-1 on my Radeon 9800XT when I installed an ATI silencer 3 (http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/eol/vga/252/ati-silencer-3.html) (it came with the ATI Silencer IIRC). It's been almost 4 years and no problems.

That was an awesome read. I am VERY interested in the removable graphics part. I really wanted the 6970m - but the 27" is physically not possible - so I'm stuck with the 6770m.
Can any comment on the possibility of upgrading your GPU down the road if needed?

I have my office on the first floor but just going to turn it into a guest bedroom and move my office to the basement. It's always cold down there so I'll be able to run all my clients again. 6 cores at 4.2ghz puts of quite a bit of heat even with 1.27v. 4 GPUs @ 900mhz puts off quite a bit too lol.

i have the macpro 3.1 early 2008 8 cores
now i have 4*1 giga of ram i recently got 2*4 giga extra to upgrade .
my question is what is the best way to install them in riser a and b ?
